Privacy and your working data

The tools process entered records, selected files and inspection photos in your browser. The current applications do not upload those contents to a server. There are no accounts, payment features, advertising scripts or external analytics services in the current site.

Some tools save drafts or records in this site’s browser storage. The tools do not encrypt that storage; someone with access to your browser profile may be able to read it. Use only the information needed for the task, particularly with bank files, employee records, client details and property photos.

Grants.gov search is the exception to local processing. A search keyword passes through this website’s server to Grants.gov. It may appear in server request logs. Public search results and keywords may be cached, including recent searches in your browser. Your saved application pipeline is not submitted with a search. Automatic search refresh is optional and off by default.

The hosting provider may process your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser headers to deliver and protect the site. We do not specify a guaranteed retention period for provider-operated logs. Opening an external source link involves that website’s own data handling.

To remove all locally saved records, clear this site’s data in your browser settings on each device you used. Downloads and printed copies are separate and must be removed separately. Browser cleanup, private browsing or a different site address can make saved work unavailable. Use available exports or printing to keep an independent copy; there is no server backup for the maintainer to restore.

If you email the contact address, the message and attachments leave your device and are handled by the email services involved. Avoid sending real bank statements, credentials, client files or other sensitive records in a support request.
